Here are Ginger Mint, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However we understand that sometimes a product or gift isn't quite right and you've changed your mind. That's okay!
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund or replacement. Please let us know if you wish to return an unwanted order, contacting us by email firstname.lastname@example.org, and then return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will issue a refund or replacement at your request, as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days from the date when we receive the returned products from you.
In addition, you have certain legal rights to ensure that goods are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Please see our Terms & conditions with regards to seeds, teas and botanical drinks. Your rights to a refund or repair are up to 30 days if your item is faulty, then you can get a refund.
If the goods were damaged in transit or are defective, please contact us by email email@example.com to inform us and to arrange a refund or replacement. You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returns and obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods that are lost in the post.
Please return goods in the original packaging and enclose all associated paperwork. If you do not have the delivery note, please include a letter with the name of the person who purchased the goods, their email address, telephone number, order number and the reason for the return.
Once returned we will refund using the same payment method that was used to purchase the goods. It can take up to 5 business days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. Please note that we do not refund the postage cost for returned goods which are not faulty or damaged. We will process the refund or replacement on receipt of the returned order. If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value.
